Oh wow, it’s like you wrote that just for me! I definitely need to slow down, I know I do, but as a mum it’s so much easier to stay up late when the children are in bed and work. Tick things off the todo list. Luckily for me I read your post before opening my laptop, and instead I’m going to get ready for bed. I really need an early night and I hope my brain will switch off instead of shouting at me for not working this evening.

Oh absolutely. People pleaser central over here. lol. Also definitely respond better to outside motivation. I have been working on balancing the people pleasing more though. I think I like my Human Design explanation of it better though. I have an undefined Will center so motivation and self worth are something that I pick up from others and amplify and don’t have constant access to.

I get it, I also have an open will center, and I can feel the pressure to people please but I think it’s more connected to my conditionings than to my true nature. The more I go forward on my self-growth path and the more I heal, the less I people please. It bothers some people. Don’t care 🤷‍♀️🤣
