When I initially made the transition, I believed it was merely a change in format—from brick-and-mortar schools to virtual classrooms. Little did I know that the shift ran much deeper than that.

It was an opportunity to discover my true self and align my passions, values, and vision for the world with my work.

Human design provides invaluable insights and information about what is correct for us to pursue in our lives and businesses.

First of all, learning to follow your Strategy is what will help you most to make decisions from a place of authenticity and alignment.

Human Design Strategies

Generators and Manifesting Generators : Wait for something to respond to - Anything that you're trying to pursue simply "because it seems like a good idea" either won't be aligned for you or won't be the good timing. You must wait for the universe to prompt you - and that happens in a wide variety of ways - for you to feel inside that full "heck yes". Not when ego mind says "wow yes it will bring me so much visibility and success" but when your embodied sacral says "oh my gosh this brings me such joy and excitement!".

Projectors : Wait to be recognized and to be invited - Your most important asset is your quality of being, your wellness and your soft presence. Your job is to cultivate that for yourself, whilst taking note, observing and describing the world. When you live with that alignment, you naturally attract recognition and you receive amazing invitations (Come speak at our event! Come on the podcast! Come on TV! Come write a book for us! Please organise this event for us!) because people see how valuable and amazing your work is. If the invitations you receive align with what feels good for you - not for your ego - then you know it's the way to go.

Manifestors : Ignite others and inform them of what to expect - You're not here to be told what to do, you're here to tell others what your intentions are, why they should care, how to join your purpose and be positively impacted by your energy and your work. Good timing is essential here too : you must build momentum + be in one of your "highs" when you create your invitations for us to join you.

Reflectors : Wait for a lunar cycle - Stay clear of the world's influence on you to make sure that your decisions are the reflection of your own truth rather than the reflection of others. That means spending time alone, and waiting for your inner compass to be cleared

Additionally, pay attention to the energy in the gates that are activated by your conscious sun, unconscious sun, conscious earth, and unconscious earth, as they hold valuable clues about your purpose and path.

The numbers that you find in first position are your Gate in Subconscious Sun (in the red column) and in Conscious Sun (in the black column). These represent your most visible energy, what you came to express and embody in this life.

The numbers that you find in second position are your Gate in Subconscious Earth (in the red column) and in Conscious Earth (in the black column). These are also very visible energy, and they represent the way for you to express and embody your life's purpose.

These 4 gates together are what determine your "Cross of Incarnation". They constitute 75% of your energy as it experienced by others and by yourself.

Bonus : Conscious & Unconscious Kyron

Kyron or Chiron is possibly one of my favorite planets. It's called "the wounded healer". You can't find that on common charts, just the advanced ones (available on Genetic Matrix paid version) - but it gives you a strong message about what you've come here to suffer through and to overcome so you can help others with it.

I love it so much because these are - to me - the most attractive stories. When I hear for instance: "I struggled with alcoholism for years and now I help others reach sobriety and fulfillment." or "I wasn't able to go to school as a little girl and so I build schools for girls in my village."

It's a beautiful way to give back and to help others on the way as they - in return - help you achieve your vision and your dream.

Of course your life mission doesn't have to be exactly your business mission. There are many ways to embody and explore your soul's purpose that have nothing to do with work.

But when all of it alignes together, you get a powerful catalyst for creating a business that you adore - no matter the results.

Like always, I encourage you to embrace the process with curiosity, openness, and self-compassion.
