I needed a community, so I created one
a behind-the-scenes look at the soulful biz club
Hello love,
Imagine this: you wake up feeling off.
Maybe it’s self-doubt creeping in, maybe it’s exhaustion, or maybe you just don’t know what to focus on today.
If you were on your own, this might be the kind of day that quietly slips away, where you get stuck in overthinking or convince yourself that nothing you do really matters.
But instead, you open the Telegram app of the Soulful Biz Club and you drop a message.
Just a simple “Hey, I’m feeling stuck today.”
And within minutes, you get a wave of encouragement, gentle reminders of your own brilliance, and even a nudge in the right direction.
You hear from others who’ve been there, who are there, and suddenly, you’re not alone in the fog.
Maybe you take a small step, just one, and that’s enough to shift your energy.
This is what our community does: it holds you, uplifts you, and reminds you to keep going, even when you’d rather hide.
I didn’t plan to create this club.
As an introvert, for the longest time, I was convinced that I didn’t need a community.
Yet, after the first excitement period of being self-employed, I got tired. Tired of running my business alone, tired of pushing through doubt and fear with no one to talk to, tired of wondering if I was even cut out for this.
I’d see others moving fast, scaling, launching with ease, and meanwhile, I was alone behind my screen, second-guessing every decision, trying to balance my energy, and wondering if I’d ever get past this cycle of start, stop, overthink, disappear.
It wasn’t that I didn’t love my business. I did. But I needed something softer that the vibe we usually find online.
Something that met me where I was, instead of making me feel like I had to keep up.
So, I built the thing I needed.
A space where you don’t have to be hustling to be making progress.
A space where gentle accountability, soul-aligned strategy, and deep conversations coexist.
A space where you don’t have to figure it all out alone.
I called it The Soulful Biz Club.
What is the Soulful Biz Club?
(and why you might need it more than you think)
Let’s be real: running a business alone is hard.
Not just because of the logistics of marketing, selling, and staying visible… but because of the emotional weight of it all.
The self-doubt. The exhaustion. The endless questioning: Am I doing this right? Is this even working?
It’s not just strategy that gets us stuck. It’s loneliness, overwhelm, and the moments where we wonder if we’re built for this. We might turn to a friend or a partner to lift us up, but unless they’re on the same journey as us, there’s a high probability their response will not be helpful.
“Why don’t you look for a real job instead, it’s so much simpler.” “If it makes you feel so bad, why do you keep going?” “Shouldn’t it be easier for you by now?”
I know, because I’ve been there.
And that’s exactly why I created The Soulful Biz Club.
A different kind of business community
Most business spaces feel… intense.
You have to keep up.
You have to grow faster.
You have to push harder.
It’s all about scaling, productivity hacks, and never letting them see you sweat. I’m an introvert, a highly sensitive person and I’m extremely bad at pretending. I really don’t like the fake it till you make it philosophy.
Maybe it’s because I know that the more we repress parts of ourselves, the more hurtful we are to ourselves, as we repeat the message over and over: you’re not good enough as you are, you have to pretend that you’re better.
I don’t want to run my business that way, and communities where most people put on a mask drain me.
If you’re like me, you too crave a gentler, more sustainable way to grow. One where your intuition, energy, and well-being matter just as much as your strategy.
That’s what the Soulful Biz Club is.
A quiet corner of the internet where sensitive, heart-centred business owners gather, not to chase trends, but to build something that actually feels good to them.
Who is this for?
The Soulful Biz Club is for you if:
You’re an entrepreneur, freelance, coach, or creative who wants to grow without burning out.
You love deep conversations and intuitive, aligned business practices.
You’ve felt disconnected from traditional business spaces: they’re either too aggressive, too rigid, or too focused on fast results.
You want community, accountability, and guidance, but in a way that feels spacious and nourishing.
What happens inside the club?
Every week, we move through gentle, powerful practices to help you stay inspired, consistent, and aligned in your business.
Here’s what a week might look like:
Monday: A co-working session designed for focus, but ADHD-friendly: come as you are, work at your own rhythm, and finally get things done.
Tuesday: Check in with yourself + your business and set your intentions for the week
Wednesday : A short, private audio guidance, like a business pep talk for your soul with practical tips and insights.
Fridays: Two Fridays a month, get live Group Coaching: drop in your business questions, roadblocks, or ideas, and I’ll coach you through them. The other two Fridays, join a Gather & Journal session where we explore prompts together and gather for heart-to-heart exchanges.
Saturdays: Celebrate together your progress, the actions you’ve been taking, the little shifts and the big achievements.
And throughout the week, whenever you need it, a cozy Telegram space where you can check in, ask for feedback, share wins, or just be reminded that you’re not doing this alone.
And if you need extra support? You get 10% off all my live trainings, workshops + access to exclusive lower-priced 1:1 coaching sessions as a member.
But does it actually help?
Here’s what Elfin, one of our beautiful members, had to say:
I loved the idea that I'd be in touch on a daily basis with Jessica's positive energy and her mindful approach to life and business. But I also wanted to be a part of a community because that's very important to me. A community that wasn't overwhelming to belong to. Being part of this community helps in very subtle yet powerful ways: it brings about change in your daily routines and in how you plan your work days and life. Since I’ve been in the Club, I've learned to forgive myself more. If a powerhouse like Jessica can get self-doubt or resistance, then so can I and it's perfectly normal!
Here’s what Maris shared:
I love the simple format, the content spontaneously fitting to my daily routines, without the overwhelm, the very helpful audio guidances in business and life, the supportive and intimate group of like-minded women, the interesting exchange of experiences with other women, the #Coaching Friday! ...the list goes on and on! Jessica's coaching guidance will help you to learn more about your own strenghts and power, gain clarity in your vision and harmoniously build the business which fits into your personal life.
They’re not the only ones.
Members have told me they finally feel like they can breathe in their business.
That they’re not just learning what to do, but actually doing it, without force, without burnout, and without second-guessing themselves every step of the way.
Why I keep the investment low
I love transparency, so let’s quickly give you the numbers: the club is 22€ per month (or 220€ per year).
I know that most communities that offer the same level of support are priced around 100$/month, yet I keep the Soulful Biz Club intentionally affordable, because I know what it’s like to be in those messy, uncertain stages of business, and I don’t want cost to be the thing that holds you back from having a supportive business community.
Ready to step into a gentler way of doing business?
You don’t have to figure it all out alone. You don’t have to push harder to make it work.
You just need the right support, the kind that feels good to receive. We’re ready to welcome you.
